Everything will change

Continued from my last post, ....
I myself thought, It was changed, but I forgot what has changed, Since there are no roger in EMA TC. Do you remember what roger is "check on my achieves, you will find somewhere", the roger will change and it was change but still awaiting for the letter somehow, He said there will still the same job that I have before but the name has or structurally changed with the same benefit to the wage. Many tasks I've carried out even that were not listed on my plan of work, but I did.
Also do you still remember about the guy who always say "Who Cares" he was out from the company, did I told you?, sorry if I was told that. He moved away to another company and left Thousands of cases that had to fix. Even-though it was a good for somebody who still in the company, there always a good thing if we could find, always have spirit.
Sometimes I feel blanks on work, why? it because I still handle two kind of workload, in the best practices it should be split into two part of management and different resources. I do believe there are something to learn.
Do you know about KM, it stand for Knowledge Management, for this foreign it was a new but for another country it was applied to many branded companies. Learning from this KM. it was introduced 1400 years ago by Muhammad, He shared what he knows his follower and all around the world now become his follower.
Hey, what the title I was wrote, it deviated.... but what the heck....
In fact I'm not satisfied to this EMA TC but should take good thing from what happen to this company, learning from it, use good thing, Do good thing and share to everybody all the good thing, bared the bad thing... "I'll see you next time, If GOD allow"..
