My cable modem was broken

Oops it was 13 months already. She was serving my connection with my provider, how come?, it was broken in 13th month, why don't she failed when still have warranty ? I should buy new one then its another 250 grand rupiahs. Should she fail for another 13 months, let see... It is Motorola surfboard model SB5101. She was replacing my surfboard model SB5120. I don't want to much complain because I don't want get into jail....
