Day of changing position.. from roger "say A" to roger "B" with very much different type of work, but I should keep going with it and facing the new type of work, exactly 180 degrees from my old task. Some friends resist and feel sorry to have a condition of it, but what could I say, this is out of my control, I already inputted to the SnGer but the decision already made. I should follow the rule, shouldn't I?
Do you have any suggestion? to fix the messy condition?
