The D day

God.... at least this is the d day, I still can't figure it out what they are thinking all a about. They put me in this kind of job assignment but they were not looking back to what I was doing. A lot of burden to spill it out from my back, It not a wise to angry to anybody, this is the rule of life to carry out. Working with something different is not easy to align but I'll try. Have I ever told about PT EMATC "PT. Emprit Mimpi Air Training Center", this the place where I'm working with, it's not real but close. My knowledge about knowledge are not in line to they knowledge, this is the hard part to sync. I have to setup the organization structure, job of personnel, looking for person to hold the position, proper salary base, what a "beep...." of organization like this. Do they have good knowledge of organization or just me don't understand anything about knowledge? Do they know "I do believe the knew" the terms of station, distance, direction, deviation, in my head they should chose to the station, after that we should find the direction from where we stand in and the most of organization should know, how far the distance and how many degrees the deviation allowed from the direction that we made, The organization should corrects all the drift. if the organization fail to kind of that, ensured the organization land to wrong station, or target of organization of company.
